Born on 12 February 1993 in Punjab, Bishnoi studied in Abohar until 12th grade in 2010 and then he moved to Chandigarh to DAV College for further studies. Subsequently he joined the Panjab University Students Council in 2011 where he met wanted gangster Goldy Brar (Satinder Singh).
Lawrence’s father Lavinder was from Punjab police who later became farmer.
Bishnoi gained wide attention in 2015 after his arrest for the murder of a local politician in Rajasthan. He has also been connected to multiple other murders.
Bishnoi is infamous for his controversial statements and threats to renowned Bollywood actors, celebrities and singers. Few media outlets have labelled him as a “terrorist”/”Gangster” for his notorious activities. He has been arrested multiple times however released due to lack of proper evidence.
The Gangster is no less than a celebrity in terms of media coverage. Many says that he is a victim of the social and political corruption. Others feels he should be hanged for his notorious crime.

He continues to say that he was arrested when he was young and in college and most of his life went in jail and trial where noone hears him. He and his fellow mates only wanted to take revenge of his friends’ and brother’s death as police and administration did not take any steps to arrest the culprits.
He does not have any invovement with any anti-national activities and he would put his life to save dignity of his nation, he further states.
Above all this, it still remains unclear how he can get such facility like mobile phone, inside the jail.
